okay, not really.
actually not at all.
i went to circuit training yesterday.
i was thinking (for the most part) i can do this.
this isn't too bad.
i was feeling good afterwards.
not too sore.
and then i woke up today.
and i. was. sore.
my quads especially.
have you ever tried to kneel down on the floor to change a diaper with sore quads?
i don't recommend it.
it's only gotta get better from here.
right?
